Northern Waters Adventures was founded in 1991. Since then we've been providing expert guided kayak tours based out of Munising Michigan. Our tours stretch from Miners Beach to Lovers leap along Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. We boast a perfect safety record while ensuring a one of a kind experience on the great Lake Superior.
Overview
Starting off on the east end of Miner’s Beach, you will enjoy a beautiful eight mile round trip tandem sea kayak paddle along the cliffs, past Bridalveil Falls, Kissing Rock, Shipwreck Cove, Mosquito Beach, and the ever popular Lover’s Leap Arch. Make sure to pack your lunch as you will have a nice break right on Mosquito Beach. For this tour there will be a seven hour time commitment, arriving at our shop at 9am, you will have four hours of time to enjoy the water.
Please check the weather before your trip, and bring a change of clothes in case you would like to swim at Mosquito Beach! We will shuttle you from our shop to the beach, so no need to worry about where to park your car for the day.
