Clearwater, Wells Gray Park, British Columbia
Come and explore Wells Gray Provincial Park with us through a guided tour in the wilderness. Visit historic trails along the Wells Gray Park corridor and paddle the crystal clear waters of Clearwater Lake, British Columbia. Camp on sandy beaches enjoying the sunsets and spectacular views.
Day 1:
Meet your Adventure Guide in Wells Gray Park Arrival at the Blue Grouse Country Inn at 9:30am PDT. After meeting your guide we drive to Clearwater Lake. with a stop at Dawson Falls. After instructions we paddle to a sandy beach to camp for two nights.
Day 2:
Canoeing Activities at Clearwater Lake Today we explore Clearwater Lake, paddling our canoes . An approximately 1 hour adventure hike to Eagle’s View presents a beautiful vista over Clearwater Lake. Overnight in Camp.
Day 3:
Sightseeing enroute to Blue Grouse Country Inn After a relaxing breakfast we paddle back to the canoe launch. On the way to base we visit the jumping Salmon at Bailey’s Chute and majestic Helmcken Falls (3 highest waterfall Canadas). Trip ends approx. 04.30. p.m.
