Designed for adult Intermediate/Advanced paddlers this program follows the same fast-tracked progression used in our Keener Program. With guidance from the incredible instructors at Love it Live it this program will help you take your kayaking to the next level! With 2 choices in arrival, you have the flexibility to join us for 1 week or 2 weeks of exploring the best whitewater the region has to offer.

Enjoy the Ottawa River, travel to the Lachine Rapids in Montreal, and paddle the Gatineau, Petawawa, Rouge, and many more based on what’s flowing. (Note: Lachine trip included in the 2-week program.) Water temperatures in mid-June are perfect and historically still lots of water coming through all the region’s watersheds. This makes for a perfect big water adventure in the Ottawa Valley. Come visit Ottawa Kayak School and treat yourself have a paddling vacation like no other, on some of the world’s most renowned whitewater. Taught by the world’s best on the world’s best play river. You’ll have a great experience while improving your skills! The Ottawa is the finest playboating river in the world and we know it best. That’s why OKS was chosen to host the 2006 World Cup of Kayaking, and the 2007 and 2015 Freestyle World Championships.

Designed for adult Intermediate/Advanced paddlers this program is fast paced and designed to level up your personal paddling. As such, each day of world class instruction will build upon each other focusing first on mastering the fundamentals.

Adult Keener Program

Two Week Option: June 4th - 16th, 2023 One Week Options: June 4th - 9th, 2023 or June 11th - 16th, 2023
Instruction with Love it Live it instructors. Industry-leading kayak instructors who possesses a friendly personalities and positive attitude. All Meals Included Breakfast the first day of the course through lunch the final day. 5 to 14 Nights of Accommodation Included During the Adult Keener program you'll be staying in shared accommodations which are situated on site at the Ottawa Kayak School | Wilderness Tours. Daily Shuttle Included Each day begins by meeting your instructors in the morning. After breakfast, a daily orientation and gear loading you will board the bus which takes the class to the river.
Rent all the equipment you'll need for $330 CAD per week.
