Our focus is on silent sports: specifically sea kayaking, canoeing, Voyageur Canoe, and hiking. Our base includes Rock Island Lodge B&B, great certified sea kayak skills, instructor and guide training programs, sea kayak and canoe rentals, shuttles and more. Day 1:
Arrive. Meet in Rossport, Ontario. Training, orientation, dinner at restaurant, overnight camp. Sights: Rock Island; Trans Canada Highway along the scenic north shore of Lake Superior
Day 2:
Shuttle to Sibley, launch Black Bay crossing. Camp at Porphery Island or Island No. 10. Sights: Views of the Sleeping Giant, of Isle Royale and the Paps; historic lighthouses at Porphery Island and Island No. 10.
