Overview

Come join us on a sea kayaking adventure of a lifetime. This 4-day base camp style tour finds us in the heart of the Johnstone Strait in the realm of the killer whales (Orcas). This tour begins in Alder Bay, where we hop on a water taxi for the 50-minute ride to our private camp located directly across from the Robson Bight Ecological Reserve. This is your best chance to kayak with killer whales and to watch diverse Canadian wildlife.
Our days of paddling are complemented by a base camp that boasts a hot tub overlooking the Strait, a hot shower with a spectacular view and spacious walk-in tents on raised platforms. Your exceptional guides take care of you & prepare delicious, hearty, organic & local meals. Our guides have extensive training & experience in sea kayaking and in sharing the natural and cultural history of the area.
