Overview
The Kayak Touring Safety course is designed to teach rec/touring paddlers basic solo and self assisted deep water rescues. Note: rolling is not covered in this course. The aim of this program is to introduce participants to basic deep water rescue techniques in rec/touring kayaks in a warm, comfortable environment.
