Day 1 - Arrival & Afternoon Check-in Day 2 - Wildlife Tour Day 3 - 6 - Orca Camp Day 7 - Check-out Detailed itinerary available on the Wildcoast website.
Day 1:
Arrival in Campbell River, with an afternoon check-in for your 2 nights stay at a local hotel.
Day 2:
Check-in for your Wildlife Boat Tour. June - August 22nd, enjoy a 6 hour Whale Watching tour. August 25th - through September enjoy a full-day Grizzly Bear tour.
Day 3:
An early check-in for your 4 day/3 night Orca Camp Glamping experience. 2.5 hour boat ride to Orca Camp. Arrive in time to settle in to your safari tent before an afternoon kayak orientation in preparation for your first evening paddle.
Day 4:
A full day of kayaking and exploring, honing your paddling skills and learning about the resurgence of wildlife to the area before returning to camp for a relaxing evening.
Day 5:
A full day of kayaking, venturing a little further as you explore the coastline and listening out for orca and humpback blows and bears foraging the shoreline. Returning to camp to enjoy the wood-fired hot tub and sauna.
Day 6:
A last chance for a sunrise paddle before relaxing on the beach waiting for your boat ride back to Campbell River. Arriving back at your hotel in the afternoon.
Day 7:
The last morning of your adventure. Check-out of your hotel by 11:00am and start your journey home.
