Tena/Archidona, Kayak Ecuador's Headquarters
7 Days of pure fun and whitewater! Forget about logistics, we've got it all covered! Check out the details...
Day 1:
Hotel/Airport Pick Up and Transfer to Tena. Kayak selection & Briefing. Optional Run during the Afternoon + Welcome Dinner Quito, the capital of the country is located 3 hours away from our Headquarters. We are going to travel from the Andean city of Quito (9 350,4 ft) to the Amazon basin.
Day 2:
Descent of Jatun Yacu & Napo River. Today is a good day to warm up in one of the most friendly and popular runs in the area. This big water pool drop river, has some big waves and powerful hydraulics if the water is up. At low water, it is much easier and a bit more technical.
