Explore Port Hardy before embarking on an unforgettable wilderness adventure. Cruise through Queen Charlotte Strait to God’s Pocket Resort, where you'll kayak among marine wildlife, hike lush rainforests, and relax with fresh meals and cozy accommodations. End your journey refreshed and inspired!

Day 1:

Arrive at God’s Pocket Resort Begin your adventure with a morning introduction in Port Hardy. After meeting your guides and fellow travelers, board a water taxi for the scenic journey to Hurst Island. Keep your eyes peeled for whales as you cruise through Queen Charlotte Strait.

Day 2:

Start your day with a hearty breakfast before heading out for a morning paddle. Explore the nearby waterways, marvel at marine wildlife, and enjoy a leisurely lunch on a secluded beach. Spend the afternoon hiking through the island’s lush rainforests or kayaking.

Day 3:

Spend the day paddling near the world-famous Browning Wall, where vibrant marine life flourishes at low tide. Watch for humpback whales, orcas, seals, and sea lions during your kayaking excursions. Opt for a midday break with a picnic on the beach. Evenings at the lodge offer time to unwind.

Day 4:

Choose between a morning paddle or a hike to explore more of God’s Pocket’s natural beauty. After dinner, experience the magic of a nighttime paddle, where glowing bioluminescence lights up the water. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime way to connect with the ocean's mysteries.

Day 5:

Take it easy with a relaxed paddle or enjoy a leisurely day at the lodge. Stroll through the surrounding trails, watch for the resident octopus in the cove, or indulge in the lodge’s collection of books and board games. Savor your final evening with one last sunset and a celebratory dinner.

Day 6:

After a final breakfast, say goodbye to the incredible staff and surroundings of God’s Pocket Resort. The water taxi will return you to Port Hardy by late morning, leaving plenty of time for onward travel or reflection on your unforgettable adventure.

Accommodations include eight cozy cabins with private bathrooms and breathtaking views. Guests enjoy amenities like a sundeck, marine species library, and hiking trails.
